MCP server and AI chatbot development services

Custom MCP servers, RAG chatbots trained on your data, and LLM tool integrations - built as real software, with auth, logging, and limits.

  • Model Context Protocol
  • OpenAI / Claude
  • pgvector / Pinecone
  • TypeScript
  • Python

Who this is for

  • Product teams that want AI assistants like Claude or ChatGPT to use their API
  • Businesses with documentation or a knowledge base that want a chatbot grounded in it
  • Founders who want their product reachable from AI tools through MCP
  • Teams prototyping an AI agent that needs to call real systems safely

What you get built

  • Custom MCP servers that expose your API and data as tools AI assistants can call
  • RAG chatbots with vector search over your documents
  • LLM tool-calling integrations and simple agents inside your product
  • The backend around it: authentication, rate limits, logging, and usage tracking

Typical engagement scope

Use case and data review

Decide what the assistant should actually do and what data it may use. Narrow, well-defined jobs work far better than "answer anything".

Build and evaluate

Implement the integration and test it against real questions from your users, so quality is measured rather than assumed.

Deploy and hand off

Deploy with auth, logging, and cost visibility, plus notes on how to update the knowledge base and tools over time.

Fixed-price gigs

Clearly scoped starting points with a set price, delivery time and number of revisions. Need something bigger or different? Custom projects typically start at $1,000.

Common questions

What is an MCP server?+

The Model Context Protocol (MCP) is a standard way for AI assistants such as Claude, Cursor, or ChatGPT to call tools and read data from other software. An MCP server wraps your product's API so those assistants can use it - for example, "look up this customer" or "create this ticket" - with proper authentication.

What is the difference between an MCP server and a chatbot?+

A chatbot answers questions in a chat window. An MCP server gives AI tools such as Claude or Cursor safe, typed access to your own APIs, data and actions, so an assistant can look things up or act in your systems. Many projects use both.

Which AI tools can use my MCP server?+

Claude Desktop, Cursor and other MCP-compatible clients can connect to it, and with the right setup so can ChatGPT, depending on whether it runs locally or behind an API endpoint.

Will a RAG chatbot make things up?+

Grounding the model in your own documents sharply reduces made-up answers, but no system can promise zero errors. I build chatbots to answer from retrieved sources, show where an answer came from, and say when they don't know - and we test with real questions before launch.

Can this connect to my existing app?+

Yes. Most of the work is integration: connecting the model to your database, API, or documents securely. If your product already has an API, an MCP server or chatbot can usually be added without changing what you have.
