Business automation and integration development

Custom scripts and integrations that remove manual, repetitive work from your team's day.

  • Node.js
  • Python
  • AWS S3
  • Scheduled jobs
  • REST APIs

Who this is for

  • Teams repeating the same manual task every day or week
  • Businesses whose tools don't talk to each other
  • Operations that need data moved or processed on a schedule
  • Non-technical staff who need a script packaged as something they can simply run

What you get built

  • Scheduled jobs and scripts in Node.js or Python
  • Integrations between SaaS tools, email, storage, and your own systems
  • Pipelines that collect, filter, and store data in the cloud
  • Standalone tools and small web apps wrapped around a script for non-technical users
  • Control scripts for external devices and hardware, tested against the real thing

Typical engagement scope

Map the workflow

Walk through what people do today and what the automated version should do, including the awkward exceptions.

Build and verify

Implement it, then run it against real data so you can see it behaving correctly before you rely on it.

Package and document

Deliver it so it can actually be used: setup instructions, and a walkthrough video where that helps.

Common questions

What does a business automation developer do?+

Turns repetitive manual work into scripts, scheduled jobs and integrations between your tools, for example moving data between systems, processing files or emails, and triggering reports. The result is packaged so your team can run it without me.

What kinds of tasks can you automate?+

Anything repetitive and rule-based: moving files and attachments, syncing data between tools, generating and sending reports, processing inboxes, calling APIs on a schedule, or controlling hardware. If a person does it the same way each time, it's usually a good candidate.

Will my team be able to run it without me?+

That's the goal. Automation is delivered with setup instructions and, where useful, a short walkthrough video. For non-technical users I can package it as a simple executable or a small web page instead of asking anyone to touch code.

What if the process changes later?+

Scripts are written to be readable and adjustable, and I can help with changes afterwards. A small, clear script is much easier to update than a pile of manual steps nobody has written down.
