Challenge: A client was manually pulling attachments out of an inbox to hand off to different downstream systems - slow, error-prone, and eating into a small team's time every day.
Approach: Built a scheduled job that pulled matching attachments into cloud storage on a timer, filtered out anything irrelevant, and exposed the processed results through a lightweight API keyed to whoever was requesting it.
Outcome: Replaced a daily manual task with an automated pipeline the client's team no longer has to think about, with results available on demand through the API.
